1. Data Controller
The data controller is Ondřej Chládek, business ID 02407604, registered office Klatovy, Czech Republic, contact email: ondrejchladek@gmail.com. No Data Protection Officer has been appointed (a DPO is not mandatory under GDPR Article 37 for this scope of processing).
2. Purpose and legal basis
Personal data (name, email, subject, message body) submitted via the contact form is processed solely to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) — consent granted by submitting the form, and GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in communicating with potential clients and contacts.
3. Retention period
We do not store data in any database. Messages are delivered via the EmailJS service (processor) to our inbox and retained only for the duration necessary for the conversation, no longer than 3 years from the last contact, or until you request erasure.
4. Recipients and processors
We share data with EmailJS (EmailJS, Inc., USA) under standard contractual clauses pursuant to GDPR Art. 28. EmailJS acts solely as a message delivery channel and does not store data longer than necessary. Beyond EmailJS and our email provider (Google LLC), we do not share data with third parties. Hosting runs on Coolify atop Hetzner Cloud (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany — EU).

6. Cookies and tracking
The website does not use analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) or advertising trackers. We only store technical cookies for language preference (NEXT_LOCALE) and color scheme (data-theme), which are essential for the site's operation and not subject to consent under § 89 of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll. (Electronic Communications Act).
